There are a lot of common misconceptions surrounding Legionella bacteria and Legionnaires disease.  This course will provide a comprehensive understanding of what it is and where it can be found and will look at what causes it and the common ill effects on the body.

This course has been designed to provide delegates with the practical advice and procedures necessary to put control measures in place to minimise the associated risks.  It is essential for anyone who has stored water within their workplace.  It will discuss how to manage water systems to prevent Legionella and the key aspects of controlling Legionella bacteria in water systems in line with the approved codes of practice.
