Please note that your booking is only accepted by EBIS subject to the following terms and conditions, please read carefully and ensure that you are satisfied before placing your booking;

Seminar Fees

The Fee for each seminar includes; all written materials, lunch and refreshments.

£475+VAT Full Fee.

£425+VAT Previous delegates/organisations, IOSH, IIRSM, ATPS, NEBOSH, IEMA and BIFM Members.

The Fee for a full day virtual online event option is;
£375+VAT Full Fee
£325+VAT Previous delegates/organisations, IOSH, IIRSM, ATPS, NEBOSH, IEMA and BIFM Members.

Cheques should be made payable to Euro Business Information Services Ltd (EBIS).

We also accept Credit Card payments.

Payments terms 30 days. Full payment is required prior to the seminar if this falls before the 30 days payment terms.

Substitutions & Cancellations

Substitutions can be made at any time within a course series without charge. Payment is due in full unless a cancellation in writing is received by us no later than 21 days prior to the seminar, an admin fee of £75 + VAT will be charged and you will receive a set of course notes. Transfer of Date: Transfers can be made to an alternative date within a course series if available. Transfers no later than 21 days prior to the seminar date are free of charge (this is limited to one transfer). Transfers within 21 days of the course date are at our discretion and subject to an admin fee of £75 + VAT per person per change.
However, In-House training courses are subject to a no changes and no refunds policy once the purchase order has been received.

Confirmations & Joining Instructions

Upon receipt of your booking we will e-mail a confirmation to the delegate(s) e-mail address that has been supplied. Full joining instructions will be sent to the delegate(s) e-mail address that has been supplied two weeks prior to the commencement of the programme. If these e-mails are not received please contact us immediately. Cancellation will not be accepted on the basis of these e-mails not being received.

Please Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter the content, timing, speakers or venue due to circumstances beyond their control. The organisers accept no responsibility for views expressed or contained in the course documentation or during a course. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, EBIS will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
