What platform do you use to deliver virtual training?

All of our live virtual training is delivered on Zoom, For guidance on how to set up and use Zoom please see here.

Can I pay via Purchase order?

Yes! On checkout, under payment options, there is an option to enter a PO number

Can I pay via Invoice?

Yes! A purchase order number is needed to support the invoice for public sector clients. If your organization does not require purchase orders then simply enter your name into the purchase order field.

I'm booked on a course, when will I receive joining instructions?

joining instructions (and course location for live courses) will be sent out approximately 10 days prior to the course date.
